Shipping Policy

  • Please allow 7-10 business days for items to arrive in the mail.

  • Please ensure all addresses are entered in correctly. I Am Royalty Custom Prints, LLC is not liable for misdelivered packages. 

  • For all missing packages, please send an email to iarsupport@iarcustoms.com. Place the following in the Subject Line of the email: "Lost Package - Order # - Name on the order"

Return & Exchange Policy

  • No returns or refunds on custom items

  • All shop items are non-refundable and nonreturnable after 7 business days.

  • All items are nonexchangeable after 14 calendar days
